Our two Reception classes are Caterpillars & Ladybirds and are taught by Mrs Harrison and Mrs Guiver respectively (please note that occasionally one of these classes may be a mixed year group with Year 1 children depending upon numbers).
Our learning is centred around play, but with a rigorous phonics scheme – Essential Letters & Sounds (ELS).

Amazon Audible have made all stories free to stream. Encourage children to download a
story of their choice to keep them hearing books aloud. You will need to select the littlest
listeners or elementary where some of these will be appropriate for year 2. Audible
