Collective Worship

At Sherborne Abbey we meet together as a whole school community at least three times a week, and in smaller groups for the other days. We feel that coming together for Collective worship helps us maintain the unique heartbeat of our Church school and through Collective Worship we offer a wider opportunity for pupils and adults to encounter faith that is Inclusive, Invitational and Inspiring.

As a school that is proud to have children from many faiths backgrounds we also ensure our Collective Worship is a place to draw our school community together to give thanks and reflect.

Each half term our Collect Worship focuses on key Christian values. Please note that our School Council have recently collaborated on a refresh of our school values as they wanted to have a mnemonic that was memorable for all.

Details of how THIS is the day, will be used will be shared soon . . .
